DR. SARAH JONES

Please read the following instructions, it will help you understand our booking system:
Online booking is your best option for scheduling your appointment. Openings will be available here before the front desk has access to them.
 

  • If you are not familiar with computers, a family member can book your appointment for you; all you need is your health card number (NO SPACES).

  • Select the correct appointment type for your specific needs. You may receive a request to complete a questionnaire depending on the selected appointment type, please take the time to fill it out in order to assist in your treatment.

  • Provide as much information as possible during the booking process so your physician can prepare for your visit.

  • Book the appointment for the patient who needs to see the doctor; do not book the spot in another patient's name.

  • Do not book more than one appointment to avoid it being cancelled.

  • Provide your email address to receive free reminders about your upcoming appointments.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, give us 24 hours' notice to avoid a missed appointment fee. You can cancel your appointment using the booking confirmation email you will receive; otherwise, contact our office via SMS text or call 1-902-252-3011, or send an email to lockviewmedical@gmail.com.

  • If you see a message indicating there are no available appointments for this month, you can check again tomorrow. We understand  the message is misleading and have reported this to the Ocean team. It only means there are no availabilities for the rest of the month at the time you are checking.​​

  • Please identify yourself in all your interactions with the office so we can locate the appropriate medical chart.

Dr. Jones will be offering some after hour appointments on Saturday and Sunday morning. You can book from the link below

Well Baby

  • Babies under 18 months who are healthy.

  • May need immunizations or just a checkup.

  • If your baby is sick please select an In Person or Phone appointment.

  • You will receive a questionnaire, please complete it before your appointment.

Prenatal

  • Use this type for prenatal care until the baby is born

  • Do not book this appointment type for the baby

Pap

  • Select this type only if you need a PAP test with your visit and you are not pregnant. If you are pregnant select Prenatal

  • You will receive a questionnaire, please complete it before your appointment.

Initial

  • This is a one time appointment type available only to doctors who are registering new patients.

  • Select this type only if this is your first contact with your doctor.

Phone

  • It could be during business hours 8-5 or after hours. Select your preference.

  • Your doctor may not be able to call at the exact appointment time.

In person

Select this type if you need or prefer to see the doctor in person and none of the other types applies to you.

Postnatal

2 Visits after delivery, at 1 week and 6 weeks. 

After Hours

Phone calls only. When doctors are available outside the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, weekends and holidays.
